Last week I Brought my 2018 Diesel Colorado in for a required timing belt replacement. Delt directly with Corey, not only was he extremely professional but also up front about the labor / total cost. Everything went smoothly from the time that I dropped the vehicle off until the time I picked the vehicle up. Communication was awesome too, highly recommend Gordon Chevrolet service department. Additionally, I would like to give a quick thumbs up to the technician named David. Hes one if the best Diesel technicians that I've ever seen. The attention to detail was simply incredible, everything under my hood was the way it is supposed to be. Thank you very much!

I was nearing the end of my lease and had a request I was not sure could be accommodated. I went in to Gordon Chevrolet and worked with Tammy Lieser who was not only able to assist, but was wonderful to work with! Tammy and Brett Cumming were able to provide the outcome I was hoping for and I was extremely pleased with the service. I only trust Gordon Chevrolet to service my vehicle. Their service department is amazing and Richard S is a wonderful and trustworthy employee. He takes care of me and very honest. I would never go anywhere else for my maintenance or repairs. I miss Al a lot but Richard has really eased my mind about continuing services with this dealership.

They have great service advisors like Corey McNinch, who went out of his way to ensure I was properly taken care of. He helped me quickly identify the issue and got my truck fixed in one day. He also searched around to find a large vehicle for me just incase the repairs took longer. Its service advisors like him that make me feel that Gordon Chevrolet is trust worthy and reliable place to handle all your vehicle needs.

Just want to thank Joey the service writer and the crew who worked on my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado truck with Duramax engine . Took it in to see if they could find the the noise it’s making and it was making me nervous driving it . I asked Joey if the diesel teck could go on a drive to here the noise . But he said they normally don’t do that , but Joey said he’d go with me on a ride . He said no problem they’ll find we’re the noise is coming from and fix it . I sure was impressed when he called me the first day said they hadn’t found it but there on it and going to find it . The next day Joey called me and said they found it . It was my A/C compressor so after replacing it there’s no more noise so Joey was true to his word . Thank you very much Joey for the good service and workmanship at fixing my truck . I had two pleasant experiences at Gordon Chevrolet with Richard Sentz. First off my wife got stranded with a dead battery. I was able to get a jump and bring it to Gordon. They put the battery in while I waited. Very helpful! Secondly I took my truck in for scheduled maintenance. I wanted a oil change, tire rotation, engine air filter and a new battery. Richard was kind enough to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the air filter. He took that off the work order. Honest people are great!! They have a nice customer waiting room where you can wait on your vehicle.
